The Continuous Improvement Global Lead – BPO will oversee the development, deployment, and governance of continuous improvement methodologies across our internal BPO operations in 34 countries. This strategic role is responsible for driving operational excellence, identifying and delivering efficiency gains, and ensuring process standardization and innovation across international BPO units. The role requires deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and a global mindset.

We're seeking a visionary Continuous Improvement Global Lead to join our team and spearhead transformation across our BPO operations in 34 countries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and govern the continuous improvement methodology for BPO operations globally.
  • Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies tailored to business needs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives across departments and geographies.
  • Act as the key liaison between global BPO units to ensure alignment, consistency, and best practice sharing.
  • Coach and develop local teams to build CI capability and mindset at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement leadership within international BPO or shared services environments.
  • Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt or higher preferred), and project/change management.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision maker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English or German; additional languages e..g. Germn are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
