Your role
  • Essential Tasks:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of location-based IT projects (relocations, openings, changes)
    • Implement and manage Asset/Life Cycle Management solutions
    • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Heuristic Agile approach:
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment and establish strong connections with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
    • Be open to change and adjust plans as needed
    • Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities
    • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize processes
    • Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
    • Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables clearly
    • Provide timely updates on project progress and challenges
    • Respond to stakeholder concerns and feedback promptly
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience & Knowledge:
    • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies
    • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
    • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in Polish
    • Fluency in English and/or German - knowledge of both languages is a great advantage
