Join our M365 Cloud Collaboration Team! As an M365 Cloud Collaboration Engineer, you will focus on M365 Apps, with an emphasis on communication tools and devices, supporting almost 6,000 users across 50 countries.
Your role:
  • 3rd Level Support for MS Teams and other M365 Apps and services (Loop, Bookings, Forms, Teams Premium, etc.)
  • Technical rollout of new M365 apps, Teams-integrated apps, and services
  • Monitoring M365 Apps with a focus on MS Teams
  • Rollout, monitoring, and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and conference room equipment
  • Managing stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation (runbooks)
  • Implementing security and governance requirements
  • Ensuring technical backup and recovery processes
  • Conducting brief trainings for business users
  • Enhancing our M365 communication and collaboration environment
Your profile:
  • Experience as an MS Teams administrator or eagerness to grow in M365 Cloud Collaboration
  • Knowledge of Copilot, MS Viva, Exchange Online experience is a plus
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High service orientation and ability to understand customer needs
  • Proficiency in Polish and very good knowledge of German and English (both are a plus)
