YOUR ROLE
  • Identify, analyze, and propose solutions to emerging Customer Relationship Management problems
  • Analyzing internal customer needs
  • Advising on emerging technical/ tool/ system queries
  • Seeking, proposing and implementing tool/ process improvements
  • Adapting the solution by customizing
  • Testing the functionality of implemented CRM tools
  • Conducting trainings for the target group on the implemented CRM processes and tools
YOUR PROFILE
  • university degree – Business IT or Computer Science preferred
  • professional experience in Microsoft CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - including experience in implementation process
  • knowledge of sales, marketing, service and support processes
  • knowledge of English at a communicative level - at min. B2

    Technical skills:
  • knowledge of CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
  • knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure and Low-Code/ No-Code will be nice to have
