Join us as (Senior) Consultant/Project Manager Payroll!

 

This role is part of our International Business Process Outsourcing Team based in Nuremberg, Germany. Currently we are looking for a new employee to join the team in Poland. You can work from one of our polish offices located in Gdansk, Gliwice, Cracow, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw or hybrid.

 

YOUR TASKS
  • You will be part of the Business Process Outsourcing International team and advise our global clients on international outsourcing projects in the areas of accounting, reporting, payroll and tax reporting
  • You will be the direct point of contact for clients and their ‘go-to person’
  • You will cover the entire spectrum of the client experience, from initial contact and individual quotations to contract drafting and implementation. Ongoing support and process optimization are also part of the job.
  • Quality is your top priority, and you are innovative. You manage the teams and specialists involved accordingly.
  • Analyzing, documenting and improving processes are your business.
  • You are used to coordinating and moderating (mainly online) meetings.
  • You are a project manager (project planning, implementation, project control and project management).
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a degree or training in economics
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
  • You are experienced in the BPO environment and have also gained international experience. Alternatively, you have experience in international corporate controlling.
  • You have already managed projects
  • You have experience and interest in managing complex and long-term projects with many internal and external stakeholders
  • You enjoy organizing and working independently
  • You are confident in using standard tools and interested in discovering new things
  • You have a high level of quality awareness
  • Experience with shared service concepts as a service provider or within a company
  • You have an understanding of processes and how to record and optimize them
  • You have an independent way of working, a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
