YOUR ROLE
  • Analyzing requirements and designing the technical CRM solution architecture
  • Customizing and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Close collaboration with implementation partners
  • Technical testing the functionality of implemented CRM tools
  • Analysis of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM releases and evaluation of the regular system update
  • Ensuring stable operations, monitoring and system administration
  • Troubleshooting, optimization and maintenance of operating documentation
YOUR PROFILE
  • university degree – Business IT or Computer Science preferred
  • professional experience as a technical consultant/ software developer/ application manager in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • knowledge of English at a communicative level - at min. B2

    Technical skills:
  • knowledge of customizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (online)
  • knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, Azure Functions/ Web Services, .NET and JavaScript will be nice to have

    Soft Skills:
  • troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • strong communication skills
  • independent and autonomous way of working
