YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Be involved in IT and automation projects with a positive impact on global company organization and processes
Maintain and evolve the corporate automation platform by modernizing solutions or establishing new interfaces
Implement new automation tools and solutions e.g. AI, Workflow, custom software apps or RPA solutions
Learn and apply international work skills and state of the art technologies and reporting solutions
Transfer the internal customer requests into stable and reliable automation solutions.
Be part of an international BPO team and participate in operational IT application management process.
Develop code, write interfaces, work agile, and use state of the art tools to support the company’s digitalization and cloud initiatives.
Be involved in software development process as a package level support.
Share knowledge and train co-workers with introduced changes and features.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Solid understanding of IT technology and Agile methodologies
Analytical and design thinking
Experience in software development, code design, evaluation, and testing
Knowledge of any major programming or scripting language (Python, M language, DAX, JavaScript)
Knowledge of several major technologies (e.g. Excel, Power Platform, Power Query, Python, Azure Services, O365, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath)
Experience with cloud technology or web services
Open minded, self-reliant, and collaborative work behavior
Very good English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
