YOUR TASKS
Team & business relationships management:
• Management, coordination and development of the technical and functional D365 teams
• Forming a homogeneous, competent and efficient D365 team
• Recruitment, further development and retention of D365 team members
• Establishing and expanding internal customer relationships with a focus on Microsoft D365 solutions
• Technical collaboration according to the focus, e.g. as Project Manager, Management Consultant or Solution Specialist
• Responsibility for rollouts and management of project managers
• Setting up a global Key User Organisation and the associated 2nd and 3rd level support
• Management of external service providers
System management:
• Recording requirements, technical analysis and detailed specification as well as their implementation
• Further development and optimization of Microsoft D365 FO and CRM solutions
• Monitoring release management for implementation projects and existing systems
• Ensuring the operational functioning of the systems
YOUR PROFILE
• Completed studies in information technology, (business) informatics or a comparable degree or education
• Fluent in written and spoken English. German as an additional language desirable.
Technical skills:
• Experience in the role of D365 consultant
• Relevant experience in D365 development and solution architecture (D365, Azure, Power Platform)
• Extensive knowledge of releases and deployments of D365 solutions
• Know-how in software development, especially in the Microsoft environment
Management skills:
• Experience in building, managing and coordinating teams and projects
• Confident handling of workload management, project organizations, requirements and expectations management as well as customer relationship management
Soft skills:
• Solution and customer oriented approach
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and autonomous way of working
